Coach Alanoud is a CrossFit L3 Trainer. She has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is passionate about helping coaches and athletes achieve their health and fitness goals.

 

With her energetic and motivating approach, Coach Alanoud creates a positive and supportive environment for her team to thrive in.

Coach Nahlah is a CrossFit L2 trainer. She is dedicated to helping clients get fitter and better every morning! With a background in technology, she brings a unique perspective to our training programs.

 

Coach Nahlah believes that great classes start with great music, not to mention Umm Kulthum vibes!

Coach Sara is a CrossFit L2 trainer, as well as pre and post-natal trainer. She combines her expertise in CrossFit, marketing background, and pre and post-natal training to create well-rounded programs that promote physical and mental well-being.

 

Coach Sara's compassionate approach helps her athletes develop a deeper connection with their bodies and achieve balance in their lives.

Coach Amal is a CrossFit L1 coach, and a personal trainer who believes in the power of sustainable lifestyle changes. She educates her clients on the importance of a balanced lifestyle and helps them develop healthy habits that support their fitness goals.

Coach Nisreen is a CrossFit L2 coach, and a seasoned marathon runner and endurance athlete. She specializes in helping individuals train for longevity.

 

With a focus on proper pacing, technique, and mental strategies, Coach Nisreen guides her clients through challenging training plans that help them conquer their goals and achieve personal milestones.

Coach Nathalie is a CrossFit L2 Coach. She has over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has a bachelor degree in Physical Education, a pre and post natal coach, a background in bodybuilding, and her passion is coaching CrossFit.

With her contagious positive energy, working out with Coach Nathalie is super fun and motivating, while she helps you reach your health and fitness goals.
